Sit-through

Obliques play an essential role in your ability to move through life, from getting up off the ground to walking to lifting heavy weights. Sit-throughs help access and build strength in the obliques, enhancing posture, spine stability and core awareness.

How to do Sit-throughs

  1. Start in a plank.

  2. Step your right foot up toward your right hand, about a foot our two away.

  3. Using your core, sweep your back leg forward, through your grounded hand and foot, and then reverse that motion.

  4. Step back to plank.

  5. Repeat on the other side.
