Crawling
Don't be fooled...crawling done well is hard AF! This movement pattern, learned early in life, sets the foundation for your motor control, strength, coordination, and balance. If you want a stronger core, or to perform better in any of these areas, crawling is a fabulous reset!
How to crawl well
From a tabletop (quadruped) position, tuck your toes and lift your abs. For a more challenging version also hover your knees 1" off the ground.
Crawl in any direction (forward, backward, sideways) moving opposite arm and leg simultaneously.
While crawling, pretend you're balancing a marble on your low back, don't let it fall off.
