Initially, I overhauled their tech stack, developed a comprehensive customer retention and acquisition plan, reduced marketing costs by over 50%, and implemented an employee engagement program that improved customer experience and increased Google reviews sentiment by 32.5%.
During the pandemic, my role shifted into crisis communication, telehealth implementation, and staff training manual creation. I also identified an opportunity for a fun, scrappy, radio campaign leveraging unused resources and engaging our team meaningfully.
